Narrow Aisle Critical Parts Reach Assembly & Carriage
During a shift, both the carriage and the reach assemble components on a narrow aisle truck undergo a tremendous amount of stress. The high durability of these parts is totally needed in order to assure that the truck maintains high production levels. Yale reach mechanisms are specially designed using heavy-duty components so as to extend long life and total durability of the components. For more durability, the reach assembly is cushioned at the end of the stroke. This particular design feature helps to provide excellent durability and maintain operator ergonomics. Reach Assembly Rear Carrier:
In order to force durability and rigidity by resisting side to side forces, the reach assembly rear carrier is mounted on angled load rollers. The inner frame assembly provides an inner frame that is stronger. This particular design is made to withstand vibration and shocks in handling loads.
